Dolo is a platform designed for small business owners, providing features such as invoicing, quotes, expense tracking, payments (via Stripe Connect), and AI-assisted tools for productivity. The platform is owned and operated by Damage Control Entertainment LLC, registered in Albany, New York, USA.
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. By using Dolo, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service: stripe.com/connect-account/legal.
You may be required to provide payment details to complete transactions or receive payouts. We do not store your full payment card data on our servers.
The Dolo Assistant is powered by a combination of machine learning models and pattern recognition. While we aim for high accuracy, the assistant may not always interpret your input correctly. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated data before taking any business actions.
We reserve the right to log assistant interactions to improve accuracy, maintain platform safety, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and your data may be deleted according to our retention policy.
The Dolo platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Damage Control Entertainment LLC disclaims liability for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts located in Albany County, New York.

This Privacy Policy explains how Dolo ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform.
Dolo is developed and operated by Damage Control Entertainment LLC, a company registered in Albany, New York, USA.
When you interact with our AI assistant, your input may be processed by a large language model (e.g. OpenAI). We attempt to anonymize prompts where possible and do not send full financial or customer records.
Prompt interactions are logged internally to improve accuracy and user experience. These logs are stored securely and never sold or shared outside of Dolo.
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe handles payment processing under their own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
If you choose to use voice input (when available), your speech may be processed through browser-based speech recognition APIs. Audio is not stored unless explicitly logged as part of an assistant prompt.
We do not sell your data. We may share information with trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, payment processors) under strict agreements. We may also disclose data if required by law.

Dolo is not intended for use by individuals under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
